This Ivy silver pendant depicts ivy growing on an old bone found recently. It is part of my ongoing search for items in nature that I can replicate in silver. I have used the bone before in other pendants and this time want to play with just the leaves. The fine silver, brings out both the design of the shape of the ivy leaves as well as the bone. The beaded necklace that it hangs from incorporates the colors of ivy found .
 
This necklace is part of a continuing series of necklaces inspired by the nature I found around me. It measures 20" and is finished with a lovely, Thai silver toggle clasp.
