I have fallen in love with the 3-bead twisted herringbone rope! The small gauge of this rope enables me to combine a colorful beaded rope with a beautiful silver or bronze pendant. Or it can be worn alongside a silver or bronze pendant on its own chain. Necklace stacking is popular right now, so why not add some color at the same time?
 
This particular rope is beaded with brown, gold, taupe and white seed beads.  I have combined the 4 colors in what I refer to as my plaid color pattern. This is a symmetrical design, so the same pattern is on both sides of the rope, with a brown section being in the middle. Take a look at the other rope of the same colors, where I used an asymmetrical color pattern.
